Farm Games Craftsbury

The Farm Games is an outdoor functional fitness competition hosted by Farm Fitness at its farm-based training venue near Dunmow in Essex, England. It was first held in 2021 and runs as an annual one-day event.

Teams of six athletes, three women and three men, compete across five workouts named Farm Strong, Hustle & Hay, Field Fury, Yard Work and Harvest Hustle. Each workout tests a different aspect of fitness and is built around farm-inspired equipment and outdoor terrain, with an emphasis on teamwork under pressure. The event is closer to a team fitness competition than a timed running race: there is no fixed run distance, and scoring depends on performance across the workouts. It suits groups from gyms or training clubs who already train together in functional fitness and want an outdoor team competition. Farm Fitness also runs other events on site, including Britain's Fittest Farmer and a 10K.
