Each race combines 200 m runs with six functional stations (dumbbell step-ups, farmer's carry, bear crawl, burpees to plate, front carry + air squats, tyre flips) plus a cognitive memory challenge at start and finish. Divisions cover Open and Pro singles, doubles, parent+kid 'Bloodline' pairs, NextGen (8-15) and Grand Masters (55-84), and a new double-distance '2X' format. The 2026 season spans nine cities (Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Gandhinagar, Delhi); a 2027 edition is announced for Hyderabad.
