Superhuman Games is an outdoor functional fitness and endurance competition in Bristol, first held in 2013 and organised by Superhuman Sports. Recent editions have taken place at Greville Smyth Park, with Vivo Life as headline sponsor.

Teams compete as same-sex pairs, mixed pairs or mixed teams of four, with Open, Masters and Vets age groups decided by combined age. Across the day each team completes five 20-minute workouts and scores as many laps as possible in each. The workout themes stay the same every year. Strength & Honour covers heavy lifting such as tyre flips and sandbags, Brutal Beat Down uses bodyweight work, and Unconventional Beast involves odd-object carries. The Assault Course is a military-style obstacle course, and VO2 Max combines running, rucking and hill sprints. The movements are new each year and released 12 weeks before the event. They avoid high-skill elements, so the Games suit both first-timers and experienced athletes.
