What is Conquer Fitness?
Conquer Fitness is a UK organiser of hybrid fitness races that combine running with functional workout stations. Its events offer solo and team categories and are designed to be open to athletes of all fitness levels.
Its main format is Level Seven: seven endurance-based workouts, or levels, completed back to back against the clock with a 450 m run between each one. Level Seven runs in spring and autumn at Alderley Park, Macclesfield, with categories for solos, mixed teams and same-sex teams and a compulsory seeding workout used to set start waves. Super Seven is a stadium version held at Northwood Stadium, using indoor sports hall workouts and track elements while keeping seven workouts. Station work includes rowing, SkiErg, bike erg, sandbag lunges, tank pushes, farmers carries, devil's presses and shield carries. From 2026, results are recorded per level and masters (45+) podiums were added.
What is TYRUN?
TYRUN is a seasonal fitness race series in Belgium and the Netherlands, run by TYRUN B.V. Each season brings a new workout with new exercises, distances and standards, and races during the season count towards a leaderboard and a season final.
The Season 2 course is four laps, each a 600 m run followed by two stations, for 2.4 km of running and eight stations in total: Echo Bike, seated sled pull, weighted step-ups, med ball sit-ups, a 1,000 m row, devil's presses, a 1,000 m SkiErg and a sandbag carry over a yoke. Athletes race as singles or doubles in Scaled, Open or Pro divisions, which change only the loads and calories, or as four-person relay teams in Open. Most athletes finish in 60 to 90 minutes and there is no cut-off. Season 2 stops include Liège, Hasselt, Amsterdam (Vijfhuizen) and Antwerp, with the finals in Ghent. The Scaled division is aimed at first-time racers.
