The ATHX Finals 2026 close the season in Lisbon on 29 November 2026 at FIL, the Feira Internacional de Lisboa exhibition centre in the Parque das Nações district, which has an underground car park with 830 spaces for visiting athletes and spectators. The Finals bring together competitors from the UK, European and US events of the 2026 season.
ATHX is a 2.5-hour continuous fitness competition across six zones. Athletes pass through a warm-up zone, a 20-minute Strength workout, a refuel zone, a 30-minute Endurance workout, a recovery zone and a 30-minute MetCon X workout to finish. Workouts and standards are set for the season, so the Finals test the same three challenges athletes have trained for all year, with the Endurance block built for sustained, high-output work.
Entries are listed as individuals and pairs, in ATHX and ATHX PRO categories. Finals places are tied to season results, so check the official ATHX site for how qualification and invitations work before planning a trip; the FAQ there covers what to do if you believe you have qualified but have not received an invitation. Lisbon in late November is mild, and Parque das Nações is on the metro with hotels nearby. Spectator tickets are sold separately.
