ATHX New York 28 ago 2027

ATHX New York 2027 is held at the Javits Center on Manhattan's west side on 28 August 2027. The venue is a five-minute walk from the 34th Street-Hudson Yards stop on the 7 train, several MTA bus routes stop nearby, and 24-hour parking is available at 700 W 34th Street, though the organisers advise allowing extra time for traffic during large events.

ATHX is a 2.5-hour continuous hybrid fitness competition across six zones. Competitors complete a 20-minute Strength workout, a 30-minute Endurance workout and a 30-minute MetCon X workout, separated by warm-up, refuel and recovery zones, with workouts and movement standards fixed for the season so results compare across every ATHX event.

New York offers ATHX, ATHX Pro and ATHX Lite categories for individuals and pairs, with same-sex and mixed pairs allowed. Lite is designed for athletes new to competition, Pro for the strongest and fittest. Chalk, belts, knee sleeves and lifting gloves are allowed, straps are not. A late-August date in Manhattan means heat outside but an air-conditioned hall inside. Spectator tickets are sold separately, and registration is through the official ATHX site.
