DEKA Mississauga 31 Oct 2026

DEKA FIT and Ultra come to the Toronto area on 31 October 2026, with the event staged in Mississauga, west of the city. DEKA is Spartan's standardised indoor fitness race: ten fixed DEKA Zones, identical at every event, with each zone time and the total recorded against a global leaderboard.

The programme lists DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE and DEKA STRONG. FIT adds a 500 m run before each zone for 5 km of running in total; MILE uses 160 m runs for one mile overall; STRONG is the ten zones with no running. The Ultra, DEKA's endurance format of 50 zones and 25 km of running, is on the weekend's programme for athletes who want a much longer test. Zones mix carries, sled pushes and pulls, rowing and ski distances and bodyweight movements with set standards.

Heats run by level, including Elite, Age Group and Teams, which keeps the race accessible for first-timers while giving competitive athletes a proper field. If you are new to DEKA, start with STRONG or MILE; save the Ultra for when you know the zones well. Check the official Spartan page for the venue address and register there.
