DEKA Fort Worth 10 déc 2026

The 2026 DEKA World Championship takes place at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Texas from 10 to 13 December 2026, closing the DEKA season with four days of racing across the series' three main formats. DEKA is Spartan's standardised functional fitness race: ten fixed DEKA Zones completed in the same order at every event, so a time set anywhere in the world can be compared with the championship field.

The World Championship lists DEKA MILE, DEKA STRONG and DEKA FIT. FIT adds a 500 m run before each zone for 5 km of running in total, MILE uses 160 m runs for one mile overall, and STRONG is the ten zones with no running. A DEKA STRONG World Championship division appears in the Spartan listing.

As a championship event, Fort Worth draws the fastest age-group and elite DEKA athletes, so check the official Spartan page for entry rules and any qualification requirements for championship heats before registering; open heats, where available, suit athletes who want to race on the biggest DEKA stage of the year. The convention centre is in downtown Fort Worth with hotels around it. Registration is through the official Spartan site.
