DEKA Barcelona 20. März 2027

DEKA Barcelona 2027 Primavera is the spring edition of DEKA in Barcelona, scheduled for 20 March 2027, with an autumn edition following later in the year. DEKA is Spartan's indoor functional fitness race built on ten fixed DEKA Zones, so the course is identical to every other DEKA event and results feed the same global leaderboard.

The Barcelona programme lists DEKA MILE, DEKA STRONG and DEKA FIT, plus a two-person DEKA FIT team division. STRONG is the ten zones with no running, MILE adds 160 m runs for a mile in total, and FIT adds a 500 m run before every zone for 5 km of running. Zones combine carries, sled pushes and pulls, rowing and ski distances and bodyweight movements with set standards.

Spain has one of the most active DEKA calendars in Europe, with races in Madrid, Valencia, Lisbon and several Spanish regional cities as well as Barcelona, so athletes can chase the DEKA Trifecta, awarded for completing STRONG, MILE and FIT in one calendar year, without travelling far. The FIT team division is the easiest way for training partners to race together. Check the official Spartan page for the venue address and heat schedule, and register there.

DEKA kommt am Samstag, 20. März 2027 für ein Indoor-Rennen nach Barcelona, Spanien. Jede Zonenzeit wird für eine weltweite Rangliste erfasst.
