HYROX Barcelona 11 Nov 2026

HYROX Barcelona takes over Fira Gran Via, the city's large exhibition complex in L'Hospitalet, from 11 to 15 November 2026. Five race days give the organisers room for thousands of athletes, with waves starting from early morning and the Pro and Doubles heats spread across the programme.

The event follows the standard HYROX format: eight laps of 1 km running, each followed by a functional station, ending with 100 wall balls. Open divisions use the standard weights, Pro divisions carry heavier sleds, sandbags and wall balls, and Doubles pairs share the station work while running together. The Relay lets four athletes take two stations each.

Barcelona is one of the most international stops on the European calendar and the organisers lean into the city as much as the race, so plan to arrive a day early for check-in and a look around. Demand is high: HYROX Spain runs a notification list for athletes who miss out on their preferred division, so if a category is full, sign up to be alerted when places are released. Entries are via the official HYROX Spain ticket page, and the race suits everyone from well-prepared first-timers to age-groupers chasing a World Championship slot.

HYROX Barcelona is set for Wednesday, 11 November 2026: an indoor fitness race in Barcelona, Spain. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.
