Deadly Dozen Bristol is a Track Race edition held at an athletics venue in Bristol on 24 April 2027. The format, created by founder Jason Curtis for the first race in Macclesfield in mid-2024, alternates twelve 400 m runs, known as Journeys, with twelve functional exercise stations, known as Labours, adding up to 4.8 km of running plus a dozen loaded or bodyweight efforts.

Bristol offers the widest spread of divisions on the Deadly Dozen calendar: Solo, Pairs who share the Labours, a four-person Relay taking turns on the track, a Mile format for a shorter test and a Ruck division for athletes who want to carry weight. Racing on a running track means spectators can see the whole course, laps are easy to count and the surface is fast and predictable whatever the weather does in April.

The organisers describe the movements as accessible yet demanding and welcome first-timers, so a reasonable base of running and gym work is enough to finish; Pairs and Relay are the easiest ways in, while Solo and Ruck suit experienced hybrid athletes.
