HYROX Birmingham 27 Oct 2026

The 2026/27 UK season opens at the NEC in Birmingham, with six days of HYROX racing from 27 October 2026. The National Exhibition Centre, next to Birmingham International station and the airport, is one of the most accessible venues on the circuit and has hosted some of the largest HYROX fields in Britain.

HYROX is a standardised indoor fitness race: 1 km of running, then a workout station, repeated eight times. Each station is fixed, from the 1,000 m SkiErg to the final 100 wall balls, so a Birmingham result lines up directly against any other race in the world. The programme covers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay.

Six race days means a wide spread of waves, from quieter weekday mornings to the packed weekend sessions where the Pro and Doubles Pro heats draw the biggest crowds. Birmingham is a favourite first race for UK athletes because it is central and easy to reach; it is also the first chance of the season to post a time towards World Championship age-group qualification. Entries are sold per division through the official HYROX UK ticket page, and the opening event of the season has filled early in previous years, so do not leave it late.

HYROX Birmingham is set for Tuesday, 27 October 2026: an indoor fitness race in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

6 divisions are offered at HYROX Birmingham: Singles (Solo, from £125), Pro Singles (Solo, from £125), Doubles (Pairs, from £120 per person), Pro Doubles (Pairs, from £120 per person), Relay (Team of 4, from £73 per person), and Adaptive (Solo, from £125). All divisions have sold out for this date. Our last availability check was on 22 Oct 2026.

Tickets are sold out. Spots sometimes reopen through the organiser's waitlist or resale, so keep an eye on the official HYROX site, and turn on alerts here to hear when HYROX publishes new dates.
