DEKA Madrid 10 juil 2027

DEKA Madrid 2027 brings Spartan's indoor functional fitness race to the Spanish capital on 10 July 2027. Every DEKA event uses the same ten DEKA Zones in the same order, so a time set in Madrid can be compared with results from any other city and with the global leaderboard, and each zone split is recorded alongside the total.

Madrid lists all three main formats: DEKA FIT, with a 500 m run before each zone for 5 km of running; DEKA MILE, with 160 m runs totalling one mile; and DEKA STRONG, the ten zones with no running. FIT and MILE are also offered as team divisions for athletes who want to share the work.

A July date in Madrid means heat outside, though the race itself is indoors; arrive hydrated and allow time for warm-up. Completing STRONG, MILE and FIT within one calendar year earns the DEKA Trifecta, and the Spanish calendar makes that achievable with Barcelona, Valencia and Lisbon editions in the same season. STRONG suits gym-goers who do not run, FIT suits hybrid athletes, and the team formats are the gentlest introduction. Venue details and registration are on the official Spartan page.
