Deadly Sprint Lee Valley takes place on 28 November 2026 at the Lee Valley athletics venue in north-east London, one of the UK track venues used by the Deadly Dozen series. Deadly Sprint is the shorter, faster format in a family of hybrid fitness races that began with a track race in Macclesfield in mid-2024 and has since spread to athletics venues across the UK.

The Deadly Dozen concept pairs running with functional exercise stations: in the original Track Race, athletes alternate twelve 400 m runs, called Journeys, with twelve stations, called Labours, for 4.8 km of running in total. Deadly Sprint condenses that into a shorter effort, which makes it a good first taste of the format or a sharp end-of-season hit-out. Lee Valley lists Solo and Pairs entries, with pairs sharing the Labours between them.

The movements are designed to be accessible while still demanding, and first-timers are explicitly welcome; the organisers' network now spans 44 countries. A late-November date at an indoor athletics venue means a warm, dry race when most outdoor events have finished for the year.
