HYROX London 2 Dec 2026

HYROX London ExCeL returns from 2 December 2026 to the exhibition centre in the Royal Docks, the venue where, according to the organisers, last season produced the biggest HYROX event ever held, with record entries and start waves running non-stop. It is the showpiece of the UK calendar and the race many British athletes build their winter around.

The format is the global HYROX standard: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional station, ending with 100 wall balls. ExCeL offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay. Pro divisions carry the heavier weights and decide World Championship age-group qualification; Open has no time cap and no entry standard.

ExCeL's scale means long running lanes, several thousand spectators across the day and some of the deepest fields in Europe, so expect a fast course and plenty of pacing company. Getting there is simple on the Elizabeth line and DLR. Entries are sold by division through the official HYROX UK ticket page and London has sold through quickly in previous seasons, so register the day tickets go live if you want a specific division or day. First-timers are well served by Doubles; experienced athletes come here for a personal best.

Save the date: Wednesday, 2 December 2026. HYROX brings its indoor race format to London, United Kingdom. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.
