HYROX Hong Kong 7. Jan 2027

HYROX Hong Kong returns from 7 January 2027 at AsiaWorld-Expo, the exhibition centre next to Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau Island, which the organisers say is coming back bigger and better than before. With the World Championships heading to Hong Kong in June 2027, this January race is the local community's chance to post a qualifying time on home ground.

The race is 8 x 1 km of running plus eight workout stations in a fixed order, identical to every other HYROX. Compete solo in Individual Open or Pro, share the load with a mate in Doubles Open or Doubles Pro, or grab three friends for the Relay. Pro divisions carry heavier weights and are where World Championship age-group slots are decided.

AsiaWorld-Expo is on the Airport Express line, about half an hour from Central, and has plenty of space for warm-up and spectators. Hong Kong's HYROX community is large and well organised, so expect packed heats and strong support from local gyms. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX Hong Kong ticket page, so register when sales open.
