HYROX Kuala Lumpur 10. Dez 2026

HYROX lands in Malaysia for the very first time, with HYROX Kuala Lumpur at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) on 10 December 2026. MITEC is a large modern venue in the KL Metropolis district north of the city centre, and the debut edition is a landmark for the fast-growing Malaysian fitness-racing scene.

The format is the standard HYROX challenge: 8 x 1 km of running plus eight workout stations, completed in a fixed order from the SkiErg to the wall balls. Enter solo in Individual Open or Pro, as a pair in Doubles Open or Doubles Pro, or as a four-person Relay. Pro divisions use heavier weights and are the path to World Championship age-group qualification.

A first edition in a new country usually means intense local demand and a mix of first-time racers and experienced athletes who have previously travelled to Singapore or Bangkok to compete. MITEC's air-conditioned halls make the race comfortable despite KL's climate, but hydration before and after still matters. Open has no cut-off time; Doubles is the gentlest introduction. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX Malaysia ticket page, so register as soon as sales open to secure your division.

Termin vormerken: Donnerstag, 10. Dezember 2026.
