HYROX Houston 1. Apr 2027

HYROX Houston returns to NRG Park from 1 to 4 April 2027, four days of racing at the stadium and exhibition complex that also hosts the Houston Texans and the city's rodeo. The organisers lean into the Texas scale of the event, with thousands of athletes and spectators across the weekend and a HYROX Youngstars race for 8 to 15 year olds alongside.

The course is the fixed HYROX format: run 1 km, complete a functional station, repeat eight times, finishing with 100 wall balls. Houston offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the Relay, and World Championship qualification slots are awarded for certain age groups. Aid stations are available before, during and after the race.

Useful details from the organisers: individual start times are linked three days out and cannot be changed, on-site check-in opens 90 minutes before the first wave of each division, and the Thunderdome spectator platform gives a view over the whole floor. Athletes who want to enter the hall before their check-in window go via spectator check-in with ticket and ID. NRG Park is south-west of downtown on the METRORail Red Line. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX site; Texas editions draw big fields, so register early.

Termin vormerken: Donnerstag, 1. April 2027.
