HYROX Milan 4 dic 2026

After a year away, HYROX returns to Milan from 4 December 2026, moving to the huge Fiera Milano complex in Rho on the city's north-western edge. The organisers call it a brand-new, world-class venue so large that the whole event is packed into three days, and the date falls on the weekend of Sant'Ambrogio, the city's patron saint holiday.

The race is the standard HYROX test: run 1 km, complete a station, repeat eight times, with the same eight stations and loads used worldwide. Milan offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay. Pro divisions decide World Championship age-group qualification; Open and Doubles are open to anyone with a reasonable base of running and strength training.

Fiera Milano is on the M1 metro line (Rho Fiera) and is also a mainline rail stop, so getting there from the city centre is straightforward. Because the three-day schedule concentrates a lot of athletes into fewer waves, demand per division is high and the hall is busy all day. Register through the official HYROX Italy ticket page as soon as entries open; Doubles is the easiest first entry, and the Relay suits a group of friends who want to share the course.

Singles Men, Singles Women, Pro Singles Men, Pro Singles Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Mixed +3 están agotadas, mientras que Adaptive Men, Adaptive Women, Doubles Women, Relay Men y Relay Women siguen disponibles desde 75 €.
