HYROX Seoul 13 nov 2026

HYROX Seoul returns on 13 November 2026 for two full days of racing at KINTEX, the Korea International Exhibition Center in Goyang, north-west of the capital on the Seoul metro network. Korea has become one of the fastest-growing HYROX markets in Asia and the Seoul edition is its flagship.

The format is the global standard: 8 x 1 km of running plus eight workout stations, always in the same order from the SkiErg to 100 wall balls. Athletes can compete solo in Individual Open or Pro, share the load with a partner in Doubles Open or Doubles Pro, or form a four-person Relay. Pro divisions carry heavier weights and award World Championship age-group places.

With only two race days, waves are dense and demand per division is high, so this is an event to register for as soon as entries open on the official HYROX Korea ticket page. KINTEX is a large, modern exhibition hall with room for spectators along the running lanes, and the Korean crowd is known for its energy. First-timers should look at Open or Doubles; there is no cut-off time in any division, and the Relay lets a group of friends split the stations between them.
