HYROX Denver 12 nov 2026

HYROX comes to Denver for the very first time, with four days of racing at the National Western Center from 12 to 15 November 2026. The Mile High City has waited a long time for its debut and the organisers expect thousands of athletes for the opening edition, from elite competitors to first-timers.

The race is the global HYROX standard: 1 km run, functional workout station, repeated eight times, with the stations fixed from the SkiErg to the wall balls. Denver offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay. Pro divisions carry heavier loads and decide World Championship age-group qualification; Open has no cut-off time.

One thing to plan for: Denver sits at around 1,600 m above sea level, so visiting athletes from lower altitudes should expect the running segments to feel harder than at home and pace the early laps conservatively. The National Western Center is north of downtown on the commuter rail line to the airport. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX North America ticket page; a debut event in a new city tends to attract heavy local demand, so register as soon as sales open and consider Doubles or the Relay as alternatives if your first-choice division fills.
