DEKA Farnborough 28 Nov 2026

The 2026 London West DEKA Trifecta Weekend takes place in Farnborough, Hampshire, on 28 November 2026, offering all three DEKA formats in one indoor weekend. DEKA is Spartan's functional fitness race: ten fixed DEKA Zones, completed in the same order at every event worldwide, with each zone time and the total recorded against a global leaderboard.

The weekend lists DEKA MILE, DEKA STRONG and DEKA FIT. STRONG is the ten zones with no running; MILE adds 160 m runs between zones for one mile in total; FIT adds 500 m runs for 5 km of running. Finishing all three in one calendar year earns the DEKA Trifecta, which is why Spartan stages them together, and athletes often race two or three formats across the weekend.

Farnborough is about 35 miles south-west of central London with direct trains from Waterloo, so the event is reachable without a car. Heats are organised by level, including Elite, Age Group and Teams, which makes the weekend suitable for first-time racers and competitive athletes alike. If you are new to DEKA, start with STRONG or MILE and add FIT once you know the zones. Check the official Spartan page for the venue address and heat times, and register there.
