HYROX Abu Dhabi 23 oct 2026

HYROX Abu Dhabi opens the Gulf season at the ADNEC Centre, the capital's exhibition complex near the Grand Mosque, from 23 October 2026. A distinctive feature of this edition is an exclusive Women's Only Race Day on Friday 23 October, when only female athletes and spectators are admitted to the hall; the remaining days are open to everyone.

The race is the standard HYROX course: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, finishing with 100 wall balls. Abu Dhabi offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay. Pro divisions use heavier weights and award World Championship age-group places; Open has no cut-off time or entry standard.

The organisers describe the event as the return of the region's HYROX community after months of training, with athletes travelling from across the Gulf. ADNEC is a large, well-equipped venue with hotels on site and good road links from Dubai, about 90 minutes away. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX MENA ticket page; athletes who want the women-only day should select the Friday waves specifically when booking. Doubles and the Relay remain the easiest way for friends and gym groups to race together.
