HYROX Paris 19 Dec 2026

HYROX Youngstars Paris is the kids' and teens' edition of the adult race, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles on 19 December 2026 during the main HYROX Paris week. It is aimed at the next generation of athletes, aged 8 to 15, and uses scaled-down versions of the HYROX workouts so that children race the same kind of course their parents do, at distances and weights set for their age.

The Youngstars format keeps the signature structure of running followed by a functional station, with young athletes guided through the hall by judges and volunteers in a dedicated session rather than mixed in with adult waves. The atmosphere is deliberately encouraging: every finisher is celebrated and the emphasis is on completing the course, not on the clock.

For parents, the practical appeal is timing. The adult race runs across two periods in December, so families can combine a Youngstars entry with a parent's own HYROX Paris race on an adjacent day. Entries are sold through the official HYROX France ticket page and the number of places is much smaller than for the adult event, so register as soon as the Youngstars tickets go live. Spectator access for accompanying adults is arranged through the same page.

Save the date: Saturday, 19 December 2026. HYROX brings its indoor race format to Paris, France. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

One division is offered at HYROX Paris: Youngstars (Solo, €40–€60). Entries are on sale and start at €40. Our last availability check was on 22 Oct 2026.
