Tough Mudder London West 8 May 2027

Tough Mudder London West runs on 8 and 9 May 2027 at Culden Faw, a 1,000-acre private estate at Fawley near Henley-on-Thames. The organisers describe it as some of the most technical terrain on their 2027 calendar: dense woodland trails, deep water-filled ditches and steep hills, on a course built for teamwork rather than speed and shared with around 15,000 other participants over the weekend.

Tough Mudder is an obstacle course event, not a timed race. The main formats are the 5K, with 12 or more obstacles, and the 15K, with 20 or more, including signature obstacles such as the trapeze-style swing and the series' water features.

The organisers note that around 80 per cent of UK participants fundraise for a charity alongside their event, through the givestar platform. Most people sign up as a team, and the Mudder Village festival area is open to spectators. London West suits groups of friends and colleagues who want a muddy, sociable challenge within easy reach of London and Reading; the 15K calls for solid running fitness and upper-body strength. Entries are on the official Tough Mudder UK site, and kids' courses run alongside.

Tough Mudder comes to London West, United Kingdom on Saturday, 8 May 2027 for an outdoor race. Tough Mudder is a team-first obstacle course event: a muddy 5K with 12 or more obstacles or a 15K with 20 or more, built around teamwork rather than finishing times. Signature obstacles include Arctic Enema, Mudderhorn and Electroshock Therapy.

Registration is open, with the cheapest entry at £58.58.
