HYROX Dublin 11 Nov 2026

HYROX Dublin returns to the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) in Ballsbridge from 11 November 2026. The RDS is a historic showground a short DART or bus ride south of the city centre, and the Irish edition has a reputation for a loud, close crowd and an atmosphere the organisers sum up as grit, heart and noise.

For anyone new to it, HYROX is an indoor fitness race in which you run 1 km and then complete a functional workout station, eight times, always in the same order from the SkiErg to the wall balls. Dublin offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay; Pro divisions use heavier weights and are the route to World Championship age-group qualification.

The RDS halls are more compact than the big European expo centres, so waves are smaller and spectators are never far from the course. That makes Dublin a good first race for Irish athletes and a popular travel race for UK competitors looking for a different venue. There is no time cap in any division. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX Ireland ticket page, and the single Irish date of the season has sold through quickly in the past, so register promptly.

HYROX comes to Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday, 11 November 2026 for an indoor race. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

You can enter HYROX Dublin in 6 divisions: Singles (Solo, from €144.50), Pro Singles (Solo, from €144.50), Doubles (Pairs, from €139.50 per person), Pro Doubles (Pairs, from €139.50 per person), Relay (Team of 4, from €83.50 per person), and Adaptive (Solo, from €144.50).
