HYROX Osaka 21 Jan 2027

HYROX is coming back to Osaka on 21 January 2027, racing at INTEX Osaka, the exhibition centre on the artificial island of Sakishima in the city's bay area. It is Japan's established HYROX date and draws athletes from Tokyo, Nagoya and across the Kansai region as well as a growing number of international visitors.

The race is 8 x 1 km of running plus eight workout stations, always in the same order from the SkiErg to the wall balls and with the same loads used everywhere. Compete solo in Individual Open or Pro, share the load with a mate in Doubles Open or Doubles Pro, or grab three friends for the four-person Relay. The Pro divisions, with heavier weights, are where World Championship age-group places are awarded.

INTEX Osaka is reached by the Nanko Port Town Line and has ample space for warm-up areas and spectators. Arrive in good time for check-in and pay attention to your assigned wave. Open has no cut-off time and suits anyone with a regular running and strength routine; Doubles is the easiest first entry. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX Japan ticket page, and the single Japanese date of the season tends to fill early.

HYROX comes to Osaka, Japan on Thursday, 21 January 2027 for an indoor race. There is no time cap.
