HYROX Amsterdam 22 Jan 2027

HYROX Amsterdam 2027 is the biggest event yet in the Benelux: eight race days at RAI Amsterdam, split into 22 to 24 January and 27 to 31 January. The RAI is the city's main convention centre in Zuid, directly on the metro and train network, and the extended programme lets the organisers run thousands more athletes than a normal weekend.

The format is the global HYROX standard of eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional station, and the divisions span Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the Relay. Pro athletes race for age-group places at the World Championships; everyone else races the clock and the leaderboard. A HYROX Youngstars race for the next generation is held during the same event.

With eight days to choose from, athletes can often pick a weekday wave if weekends sell through first, and your exact start time is confirmed shortly before the event. Amsterdam is popular with British, German and French athletes as a travel race, so hotels near the RAI book up early. Register per division on the official HYROX Benelux ticket page; first-timers should look at Open or Doubles, while experienced racers can use the deep field to chase a personal best.

HYROX comes to Amsterdam, Netherlands on Friday, 22 January 2027 for an indoor race. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.
