HYROX Utrecht 26 Nov 2026

HYROX Utrecht returns to the Jaarbeurs for four race days from 26 to 30 November 2026. The Jaarbeurs sits directly beside Utrecht Centraal, the busiest railway station in the Netherlands, so most athletes and spectators arrive by train and walk straight into the hall. A HYROX Youngstars race for the next generation is held during the same week.

As at every HYROX, the course is eight rounds of a 1 km run followed by a functional station, ending with 100 wall balls, with Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the Relay all on the programme. The Pro divisions carry heavier weights and decide World Championship age-group places; Open and Doubles have no time cap.

Utrecht is the heart-of-the-country event for Dutch athletes and draws plenty of Belgian and German entries too, so the waves are full and the atmosphere lively from the first morning heat. First-timers should consider Doubles, which shares every station between two athletes, or the four-person Relay. Entries are sold by division on the official HYROX Benelux ticket page; with four days to choose from, weekday waves are the best bet if the weekend sells through first.

HYROX comes to Utrecht, Netherlands on Thursday, 26 November 2026 for an indoor race. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

6 divisions are offered at HYROX Utrecht: Singles (Solo, from €120), Pro Singles (Solo, from €120), Doubles (Pairs, from €115 per person), Pro Doubles (Pairs, from €115 per person), Relay (Team of 4, from €60 per person), and Adaptive (Solo, from €120). Singles Men, Singles Women, Pro Singles Men, Pro Singles Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women +6 are sold out, while Adaptive Men and Adaptive Women are still available from €120. Our last availability check was on 22 Oct 2026.
