HYROX Dubai 27 Nov 2026

HYROX Dubai returns to the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) at Expo City from 27 November 2026, with the organisers promising more energy and tougher competition than previous editions. The DEC is in the south of the city on the metro's Route 2020 line, with the Expo City district and its hotels around it.

The race is the fixed HYROX format: run 1 km, complete a functional workout station, repeat eight times, with the stations always in the same order from the SkiErg to 100 wall balls. Dubai offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay. Pro divisions carry heavier loads and decide World Championship age-group qualification; Open has no time cap and no entry standard.

The Gulf has one of the most competitive HYROX scenes outside Europe, and the Dubai field includes many expatriate athletes and travelling racers from across the Middle East, so expect fast Pro heats and strong Doubles entries. The late-November date offers comfortable temperatures outside and an air-conditioned hall inside. Entries are sold per division on the official HYROX MENA ticket page; Dubai has sold through quickly in past seasons, so register when sales open, and consider the Relay if you want to race with a group of friends.

HYROX Dubai is set for Friday, 27 November 2026: an indoor fitness race in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

You can enter HYROX Dubai in 6 divisions: Singles (Solo, from AED 544.81), Pro Singles (Solo, from AED 544.81), Doubles (Pairs, from AED 544.81 per person), Pro Doubles (Pairs, from AED 544.81 per person), Relay (Team of 4, from AED 395.25 per person), and Adaptive (Solo, from AED 544.81).
