HYROX Vienna 19 Feb 2027

Vienna is back on the HYROX map in February 2027, with the race staged in Hall A of Messe Wien, the exhibition centre next to the Prater and the U2 metro line. The Austrian edition is a compact weekend event compared with the week-long German and British races, which gives it a busy, concentrated atmosphere in the hall.

The course is the global HYROX standard: eight rounds of a 1 km run and a workout station, covering the SkiErg, sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Vienna lists Individual Open, Individual Pro, Doubles Open, Doubles Pro and Relay, and Pro results feed the World Championship age-group qualification system.

Because there is no cut-off and the Open weights are moderate, HYROX Vienna suits regular gym-goers taking on a first race as well as competitive athletes from Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and southern Germany who treat it as a regional championship. Doubles and the four-person Relay are the easiest way for friends to share the work. Entries are released by division on the official HYROX Austria ticket page, and tickets were listed as coming soon at the time of writing, so check back for the on-sale date.

Save the date: Friday, 19 February 2027. HYROX brings its indoor race format to Vienna, Austria.
