HYROX Frankfurt 10 Dec 2026

HYROX Frankfurt is held in Hall 3.1 of Messe Frankfurt, the vast trade-fair complex a few minutes' walk from the main station, from 10 December 2026. The organisers pitch Frankfurt as the ambitious, international city of German HYROX, and the mid-December date makes it the last major German race before the Christmas break.

The race follows the fixed HYROX format: eight times 1 km of running, each followed by one of the eight functional stations, with the weights set by division. Frankfurt offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the Relay, so there is an entry point for everyone from a first-time Open racer to a Pro athlete hunting World Championship age-group qualification.

Messe Frankfurt is a well-drilled venue for large events, with plenty of space for warm-up and spectators, and the DACH races are known for a competitive field. If you are new to HYROX, Doubles lets you and a partner split every station while running the full 8 km together; if you have raced before, Frankfurt's flat, fast floor is a good place to chase a time. Entries are sold by division on the official HYROX DACH ticket page, and Pro divisions in Germany tend to fill first.

HYROX Frankfurt is set for Thursday, 10 December 2026: an indoor fitness race in Frankfurt, Germany. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

6 divisions are offered at HYROX Frankfurt: Singles (Solo, from €119), Pro Singles (Solo, from €119), Doubles (Pairs, from €114 per person), Pro Doubles (Pairs, from €114 per person), Relay (Team of 4, from €75 per person), and Adaptive (Solo, from €119).
