HYROX Düsseldorf 11 Nov 2026

HYROX Düsseldorf makes a stadium debut: from 11 to 15 November 2026 the race moves inside the MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA, home of Fortuna Düsseldorf, the first time a HYROX in the DACH region has been staged in a football arena. The organisers promise a bigger, louder atmosphere than an exhibition hall, with the race floor laid out on the pitch and spectators in the stands.

The course is the standard HYROX test regardless of the venue: eight 1 km runs, each followed by one of the eight fixed functional stations, finishing with wall balls. Divisions are Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and the four-person Relay. Pro athletes race for World Championship age-group places; Open has no cut-off and no entry standard.

A stadium setting changes the experience for spectators more than for athletes, with proper seating and sight lines across the whole course, so this is a good edition to bring supporters to. The arena is on the city's U-Bahn network north of the centre. Entries are sold by division on the official HYROX DACH ticket page; the stadium edition drew exceptional demand, so if your division is unavailable, watch the ticket page for returned places and consider the Relay as a way in with friends.

Save the date: Wednesday, 11 November 2026. HYROX brings its indoor race format to Düsseldorf, Germany. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

You can enter HYROX Düsseldorf in 6 divisions: Singles (Solo, from €129), Pro Singles (Solo, from €129), Doubles (Pairs, from €124 per person), Pro Doubles (Pairs, from €124 per person), Relay (Team of 4, from €75 per person), and Adaptive (Solo, from €129). Every division is currently sold out. Our last availability check was on 22 Oct 2026.
