HYROX Anaheim 5 Dec 2026

HYROX Youngstars Anaheim is the junior race held at the Anaheim Convention Center on 5 December 2026, during the four-day HYROX Anaheim event. It is designed for the next generation of athletes, with workouts scaled to age so that children and teenagers can experience the HYROX format, running laps followed by functional stations, at their own level.

Youngstars athletes race in dedicated sessions rather than in adult waves, guided by judges and volunteers, and the organisers describe the atmosphere as motivating and electric rather than competitive. The goal is to challenge yourself, grow stronger and finish with a medal; there is no pressure on times.

The Anaheim Convention Center is across the street from the Disneyland resort, which makes this an easy race to build a family weekend around, especially if a parent is also competing in the main event on 3 December or the following days. Youngstars places are limited and sold separately from adult tickets on the official HYROX North America ticket page, so register as soon as entries open and check the age brackets and equipment rules before booking. Accompanying adults need spectator access to the hall.

HYROX comes to Anaheim, United States on Saturday, 5 December 2026 for an indoor race. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

You can enter HYROX Anaheim in 5 divisions: Singles (Solo), Pro Singles (Solo), Doubles (Pairs), Pro Doubles (Pairs), and Relay (Team of 4). Registration is open.

Secure your spot through the official HYROX website; the ticket link is on this page. Turn on alerts on Race.Fitness to hear about new HYROX dates and price changes.
