HYROX Rotterdam 1 abr 2027

Rotterdam hosts HYROX on 1 April 2027, giving the Netherlands a third race of the season after Utrecht and Amsterdam and bringing the format to the country's second city. Like every HYROX, it is an indoor event in a large hall, with start waves spread across the day and spectators able to watch the whole course from the sides.

The race asks athletes to run 1 km and then complete one functional workout station, eight times in total. The stations are fixed: 1,000 m SkiErg, 50 m sled push, 50 m sled pull, 80 m burpee broad jumps, 1,000 m row, 200 m farmers carry, 100 m sandbag lunges and 100 wall balls. Divisions listed are Individual Open, Individual Pro, Doubles Open, Doubles Pro and the four-person Relay; Pro uses heavier weights and feeds World Championship age-group qualification.

There is no time cap and no qualifying standard for age-group entry, so Rotterdam is open to anyone who trains running and strength regularly; Doubles is the most forgiving way to start, with a partner sharing each station. Entries are sold per division through the official HYROX Benelux ticket page, and Dutch editions have been in strong demand, so register when sales open rather than waiting for race week.
