HYROX Nashville brings four days of racing to Tennessee from 9 December 2026, with the organisers promising a weekend of competition, community and celebration against the backdrop of the city's music scene and downtown nightlife. It is a late-season date on the North American calendar and a popular travel race for athletes in the south-east.

The format is the standard HYROX course of eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional station, finishing with wall balls. Nashville offers Individual Open and Pro, Doubles Open and Pro, and a four-person Relay. Pro divisions use heavier loads and decide World Championship age-group qualification; Open has no cut-off time and no entry standard.

Nashville suits athletes who want to combine a race with a city weekend, and the four-day schedule means weekday waves are available for anyone who prefers a quieter hall. Doubles is the most forgiving way to start, splitting the station reps with a partner while both run the full distance; the Relay lets a gym group share the course four ways. HYROX comes to Nashville, United States on Wednesday, 9 December 2026 for an indoor race. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.
