HYROX Utrecht 28 Nov 2026

HYROX Youngstars Utrecht gives children and teenagers their own race at the Jaarbeurs on 28 November 2026, in the middle of the four-day HYROX Utrecht week. The Jaarbeurs is directly beside Utrecht Centraal station, which makes it one of the easiest HYROX venues in Europe for families to reach by train.

Youngstars is the junior version of the adult event: young athletes alternate running laps with scaled functional stations, using lighter loads and shorter distances set for their age group, under the eye of judges and volunteers. The organisers describe it as a chance to experience the thrill of HYROX at their own level, and the emphasis is on finishing and having fun in a loud, supportive hall rather than on podiums.

For parents already racing the main event, the timing is convenient: adult waves run from 26 to 30 November, so a family can race on consecutive days and watch each other. Youngstars places are far more limited than adult entries and are sold separately on the official HYROX Benelux ticket page, so register early. Check the age brackets and equipment rules on the ticket page before booking, and remember that accompanying adults need spectator access to the hall.

Save the date: Saturday, 28 November 2026. HYROX brings its indoor race format to Utrecht, Netherlands. The HYROX format is identical worldwide: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, in a fixed order from the 1,000 m SkiErg through sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry and sandbag lunges to 100 wall balls. There is no time cap.

One division is offered at HYROX Utrecht: Youngstars (Solo, €40–€60). Entries are on sale and start at €40. Our last availability check was on 22 Oct 2026.

Entries are taken on the official HYROX site: pick your division and sign up there. Turn on alerts on Race.Fitness to hear about new HYROX dates and price changes.
